Emily James is a commercial mediator, legally qualified and is the founder of Solve by Mediation, her own mediation practice. She was accredited by CEDR (the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) in 2014 and has been active in the mediation field ever since, handling a wide range of cases.

Emily has experience in a variety of sectors, including:

  • Property (landlord, tenant, building, co-ownership)
  • Probate
  • Workplace
  • Employment
  • Inter-generational disputes

In addition to her commercial practice, she has a wealth of experience as a community mediator in Brighton, managing a diverse portfolio of neighbourhood disputes.  She is also a Trustee of a local mediation charity, Brighton and Hove Independent Mediation Services.
